• Occasional content that some listeners may find objectionable may inadvertently be broadcast.

3. Listener Responsibility and Assumption of Risk

YOU LISTEN AT YOUR OWN RISK. By using our service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for determining whether the content is appropriate for you and/or your environment.
• You assume all risks associated with listening to our content, including but not limited to listening in professional, educational, or public settings.

This limitation of liability includes, but is not limited to:

• Any disciplinary action taken by employers, educational institutions, or other organizations.
• Any emotional distress, embarrassment, or reputational harm.
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
• Any loss of income, business opportunities, or professional relationships.
• Any claims arising from third parties who may have been exposed to our content through your use of the service.

5. Intellectual Property and Prohibited Uses

• No Commercial Use: You may not use any content from our service for commercial purposes without explicit written permission from Prank Circuit Radio.
• No Recording: You may not record, capture, or archive any content streamed on our service without explicit written permission.

Violation of these intellectual property restrictions may result in legal action and/or permanent ban from our services.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless prankcircuit.com, its owners, operators, employees, affiliates, and partners from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of our service or your violation of these Terms.
